Both of these videos are for Narration, and the similarity of them is that they are both in black and white. This video 'Take me to church' conveys many different emotions throughout which is what i tried doing as well fr my own still image. To improve my own still image i probably would have done a closer shot so that i blanked out any irrelevant parts in the picture (such as the wall) so that the focus was on the two in the shot and so they were positioned in the center of the frame. As one of the differences between the two pictures is that in Hoziers they are in the center and therefore the focus where as mine is positioned slightly off center.
Performance; In Bruno Mars ' When i was your man' the main focus throughout is the close ups of his hands playing the piano. this is similar to mine as the focus is the singer playing the piano, but what i would of done differently so it is like the shot from Bruno video is have an extreme close up like his. Another difference is that in Bruno he doeskin have lyrics across and also the lighting/filter is darker which is not the case in my one as it is in a bright lit up room which may not be like how it actually would be lit on stage. so if i had darker lighting it would be more realistic to her playing on a stage like him.
